Returns

We created StyleMissus to make you look glam and fabulous. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer returns for store credit  in the form of a StyleMissus E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire!

We may be unable to accept exchanges sometimes because we can't guarantee you will be issued the style/size you desire by the time the returned items come back to the warehouse. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.

Return Requirements:

  • Please contact support@stylemissus.com to begin the process of returning your order. All returns must be approved by Customer Service before shipping. Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
  • Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  • Any products marked ‘FINAL SALE' cannot be refunded.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned: swimwear, intimates, bodysuits, earrings/jewelry, cosmetic/beauty products.

 

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return because shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

 

RETURNS STEP BY STEP:  

 

1. Please email us at support@stylemissus.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for return.

2. Once the return eligibility of your order is confirmed, we may send you a postpaid return label along with instructions. (Optional) - You may also need to print the returns form below (You'll need your email & order number)

3. Print your return label and follow the instructions to dropoff your package at the respective carrier dropoff location

StyleMissus is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Customers are urged to track their return. If the parcel is not returned before the end of the return window, or its lost or not received on its way to us, our Customer Service team will have limited compensation options.

For international returns, we will not accept customs charges. Mark your package as "Goods Returned Under Warranty" before sending.

Once we get your package, we'll inspect and issue you store credit within 3-7 business days of receiving your return. 

 

Store Credit

  • Store credit can only be used at stylemissus.com
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat store credit like cash.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
  • You can view your store credit balance by logging into your StyleMissus account.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 7-10 business days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@stylemissus.com.

Faulty Items

The StyleMissus team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but in the rare case you come across a defect/damage, please contact us at support@stylemissus.com as soon as possible. Please send us a message along with photos of the incorrect/damaged item. 

Return the damaged item, and we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item.

Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
